What I Do

Ian Finnan I work full-time with Campus Crusade for Christ Australia (CCCA). As Christians, we believe that everyone can have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Our vision that everyone would know someone who truly follows Jesus.

From 2000 to 2010 I worked with Student Life at Macquarie University in Sydney. However, with the growth of CCCA there are increasing demands on the national leadership team so in 2011 I commencing a new role as Assistant to the National Director. This position was created to address the need for increased capacity and required me to move from Sydney to our national HQ in Melbourne. I work alongside the National Director (Bill Hodgson) to help coordinate and support our mission teams around Australia. This involves resourcing our field ministries and working with our Core Services team to help new spiritual movements start and grow.

One of my key projects is SHIFT:m2M, a short course designed for Christian leaders that teaches movement building principles from the life of Christ. You can learn more on the Movement Builders website.
